The Utility Plan Executive Summary contains components and references to the current master plans for water and energy services and is an element of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan. The Executive Summary is not a policy document per se but an acknowledgement of the role that these master plans play in the infrastructure planning of the city. The Utility Plan Executive Summary was approved by Council in September, 2009.
