Utilities Plan

The Utility, or Infrastructure, Plan Element is currently seeking approval from the City Council (First Reading September 22nd).  The City is adopting an Executive Summary that contains components and references to the the recently-updated master plans for water and electric services.  The Executive Summary is not a policy document but an acknowledgement of the role that these master plans play in the infrastructure planning of the city.
