2030 Plan Document

Below you will find the 2030 Plan, as developed from 2006-2008, including the first new element of the plan – Future Land Use.  As required by the City Charter, there will be other elements of the 2030 Plan that will be added in the future, in addition to existing elements from the former comprehensive plan, the Century Plan.  Below, the plan is broken up into chapters for ease of use.  Recently adopted or in-process elements are listed at the bottom of the page along with recent amendments added to the Plan per the 2009 Annual Update.
