Annual Updates

The 2030 Plan makes provisions for an Annual Update process that will allow for amendments and revisions to the Plan and provide the City Council with on ongoing report regarding implementation of the Plan policies.  This past Spring, staff presented the 2009 Annual Update report with amendments to the Plan and two associated maps, which were approved by the City Council.  The materials are presented below.

2030 Annual Update Amendments approved by Council in May 2009:

The 2010 Annual Update process begins with an open call for comprehensive plan amendments from November 9th to January 8th.  Applications for amendments filed during this period will be packaged and taken to P&Z and Council simultaneously for majority (instead of supermajority) approval.
